Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Samsera Pty Ltd T/A Deejo (Australia).
We use Australia Post Express Post service to send our products to you. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 4 business days depending on your postal location.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on public holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can investigate.
PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us at email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, customers must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and lodge a request to return items within 7 days of receiving goods. You email contact must have your contact details, address, receipt or proof of purchase and reason for return.
Your items must be, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping your item, use a trackable shipping service with signature on delivery. We don’t guarantee that we have received your returned items unless signed by us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, first check your bank account and your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Deejo products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers will need to return items to Samsera Pty Ltd for inspection.
If a product is deemed to be faulty by us, you will receive a new replacement or full refund, including shipping cost. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions on how to lodge your warranty claim and return your items.
